Kalari is an Ancient traditional indigenous healing and martial art that originated from Kerala(‘gods own country’),South India. The Kalari Martial Movement Art training involves building up Flexibility Exercises-Moves, Body Strengthen, Breathing Techniques, Health and Stamina Training.
Kalari is ideal for structuring and maintaining Strong Health, Internal and External Fitness, activating energy towards 32 internal parts for Body-Mind power connections.

Everydoby without distinction of age. It is recommended for Athletes, Actors, Dancers, Artist, Yogi’s, Yogini’s and movement practioners.
DURATION: 9 weeks (240 min class/week)
LEVEL: Beginners
GOAL: provide a basic level of kalari techniques and practices for adults at all fitness levels with yoga’s.
