WHAT IS KALARI?

 

Kalari is an Ancient traditional indigenous healing and martial art that originated from Kerala(‘gods own country’),South India. The Kalari Martial Movement Art training involves building up Flexibility Exercises-Moves, Body Strengthen, Breathing Techniques, Health and Stamina Training.

Kalari is ideal for structuring and maintaining Strong Health,  Internal and External Fitness, activating energy towards 32 internal parts for Body-Mind power connections.

Kalari is 3000 years old Martial Yogic Moves and Postures for Health & Well-Being. The activities Channelizes complete Breathe Techniques, Stillness, Focus, Strength and Balance on a long term for the participants benefits.

Everydoby without distinction of age. It is recommended for Athletes, Actors, Dancers, Artist, Yogi’s, Yogini’s and movement practioners.

KALARI-YOGALETICS

DURATION: 9 weeks (240 min class/week)

LEVEL: Beginners

GOAL: provide a basic level of kalari techniques and practices for adults at all fitness levels with yoga’s.

RECOMMENDED WITH: Basic Yogic Movements, Yogic Mediations, Diet Planning, Reduce Weight, Detoxify, Holistic Consultations for Fresh, Healthy way of life along with Flexibility.

BEGINNING DATE: 3rd April 2019

TIME:

6:00PM-8:00PM (Evening Class – Kalari)

7:00AM-9:00AM (Morning Class  – Kalari)

LOCATION: Yoga Studios

CONTRIBUTION:  €311 (for 9 weeks)

CERTIFICATION Basic Level:  on Completion of 9 weeks course, each participant will get their certificates directly from Kerala, India
